Drones are booked with our pilot only, not rented out. All flights follow FAA rules and get the airspace approvals they need. Flights that take off or land in New York City need an NYPD permit: book at least 30 days ahead; the city’s permit fee is added to your invoice. Editing quoted separately.

Kits include body, media, batteries and charger. Lenses quoted separately. Rentals without an operator need a certificate of insurance naming MJ Records Inc., a photo ID and a security deposit.

Orders & shipping

When will my order ship?

Every piece is made to order. It takes about 3–7 business days to make, then 2–5 days to reach you in the US.

How do I pay?

Place your order at checkout. We confirm shipping and tax, then email you a secure payment link within 24 hours. Nothing is charged until you pay that link, and production starts once it’s paid.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on merch orders of $200 or more. Under $200, shipping is added to your payment link.

Do you ship outside the US?

Right now we ship within the US. Outside the US? Email us and we’ll see what we can do.

Can I return or exchange something?

Because every piece is made for you, we can’t take returns for size. If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, email us a photo and we’ll replace it free.

Where’s my order?

Reply to your payment-link email, or email us with your order number (it starts with MJ-). We’ll send you the latest update.

Discount codes

How do I get a discount code?

During a holiday sale, sign up in the holiday sale section. We email you a confirmation code; enter it in step 2 and we’ll email your personal 10% discount code.

How do discount codes work?

Each code is made for one person and one email address, works once, and is good on one booking, rental or merch order during that sale. Codes can’t be combined with other offers.

Within two business days. A song link and a rough budget in the booking form help us send a plan faster.
